UPDATE FROM THE SLIGHTLY LESS PAST: Don't worry, I'm still alive.  On Wednesday.  Anywho, I'm here to tell you that this might be a good time to reread Chapter 5 since it's been so long and this chapter picks up right where that left off.  Or, you know, reread the whole damn thing and come back and tell me how long it takes to read so I can update my About page.
