BIG NEWS + future projects

Eyyyyy it's another update! Also some BIG NEWS.

That big news is that

STARTING IN APRIL, I WILL BE WORKING FULL TIME AS THE LEAD TECH FOR THE HIVEWORKS

(Thsoe are the sweet marquee-based tech skills I was hired for, baby!)

Which means I will finally have just ONE JOB for the first time in the five years or so since I started doing work for Hiveworks.  I was maybe the second or third employee to work for Hiveworks ever, so it's about dang time I commit.  This means that comic updates will be regular again for Metacarpolis (maybe not in April as I will be moving around then, but definitely in May) AND I will most likely have time to actually do some Picklewhistle comics.

Aside from Picklewhistle, which will probably always just be a place for me to dump autobio and other miscellaneous comics, I also have some other projects in the works.  Metacarpolis does have a planned ending, though I haven't precisely plotted out the rest of it to say exactly when that will be.  I would say probably by the end of 2019 at the latest, though.  Metacarpolis updates will probably stay at 2 a week, but if I find that I have time, I will also be attempting to put out another graphic-novel length comic at the same time as the rest of Metacarpolis, starting hopefully towards the end of this year.

And though this is a long way off and kind of wishy-washy, I like the idea of putting out a more humorous comic and a more serious comic at the same time (the other comic that will accompany the rest of Metacarpolis in the future will be horror/surreal).  So after those two comic projects wrap up, I will probably launch two more comics to come out side by side.

And that's along with whatever else I'll be doing! I'm probably way overestimating the amount of free time I'll have, but I'm downright giddy with the possibilities.

I will probably be trying out of lot of new things this summer with the potential of a lot of development work going up on Patreon, so watch out for April/May times to see what's up.  I'm basically going to throw everything at a wall and see what sticks, so thanks for your CONTINUED patience with my much-harried creative endeavors.
